Excel is the Foundation’s longest running program, and also one of the biggest. It is a teacher recognition night for the top ten teachers throughout Granite School District. Every year is a different theme that requires its own logo, colors, and design. 2019’s theme was storybook fairytale with an emphasis on stories from the last 30 years of Excel. I modified an existing typeface to create the logo; as well as the initial caps for the teacher’s names.
